The exterior walls are laid from “Talot” small expanded clay blocks, 20 cm thick, insulated with stone wool and finished with plain plaster. The interior walls are partly made of small blocks and partly of wood frame, lined with plasterboard, sometimes 5 cm of rock wool.
The suspended ceilings are on wooden beams, insulated with rock wool.
The floors are wooden and natural parquet on both the first and second floors.
The laundry rooms and toilet have tiled floors, under which there is electric underfloor heating.
The windows are double plastic windows.
The roof is covered with Rannila profiled sheet, the insulation is rock wool 30 cm thick.
The water and sewage are central, the electrical connection panel is located on the plot border, the main circuit breaker capacity is 25 Amps. Hot water comes from a 150 liter boiler.
